Conditions of Use

Please read through these terms and conditions before placing an order, as by placing an order or using this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

We have the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without any notice to you. We reserve the right to refuse an order based upon a refusal of credit card, PayPal investigations, incorrect pricing, or for any other reason that we feel is necessary. 

Purchasing from Jewellerytrendz

You may purchase from Jewellery Trendz by creating an account or checkout using a guest i.d. Please check that all information is correct before placing an order, as once your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes. 

Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an email acknowledgement from our team or from PayPal, if you used this form of payment. We aim to send you an email once your order has been dispatched, however it may not be possible during busy periods. We aim to ensure all orders are sent out within 3 working days, however If there is a delay we may inform you as soon as possible.

Our Products 

We aim to provide high quality and affordable products to our customers and so we regularly check our stock before sending to you. Many of our items, such as the fashion jewellery and scarves are very delicate and some are handmade, therefore designs may vary slightly. Please take this into consideration before placing an order with us.

We have made every effort to list accurate information about our products, such as the dimensions, colours and designs. However this may vary slightly according to the manufacturer and your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that the colour of each product will be the same as the colours displayed on your monitor.

Occasionally an item that has been ordered may be out of stock. If this does happen, we will inform you via email as soon as possible and offer either a refund or an alternative.

We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. 


If a product is deemed faulty we may ask you to send us a photo of the damage. A full refund will then be made (excluding postage costs, if other items were ordered). If the item is still in stock we can offer an exchange.

Refunds/exchanges may take up to 7 days, however during busy periods it may take longer. We will only refund/exchange once we have received the item in a satisfactory state. Please insure that items are packaged well and sent back via recorded means as it is your responsibility to insure parcels reach us. Refunds can only be made to the original account from which purchases were made. 

Seconds/Reduced items

The items may have cosmatic imperfaction of packaging missing but they are still in usable condition. Please note seconds/reduced items are non-refundable and CAN NOT be exchanged.


We are not held responsible for delivery times as this can vary depending on the postal service. If you haven't received your parcel we have to wait until 15 days for UK orders in order to make a claim to Royal mail, and 30 days for International orders. We then have to wait until we hear back from the postal service before we can offer any form of compensation to you.

Please note delivery will take longer during the busy Christmas period, which is out of our control. Please bare this in mind before placing your order.
