Shipping & Returns

Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address as we will not be held responsible for errors made. We do not post to PO Box/BFPO addresses.

UK Orders

Orders placed in the UK will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends/UK Bank holidays). We use Royal mail first class (this does not include tracking) for small parcels. For large parcels we use other couriers with tracking information. You may need to sign for your package. We aim to deliver within 3 working days once the order has been dispatched.

International Orders outside Europe

Orders placed outside Europe will take between 14-21 working days for delivery (after being dispatched) based on the Royal Mail Postal Service (this is a guideline only and not a set time). Due to restrictions we unfortunately do not deliver to certain countries such as Libya, somalia, Iraq. If in doubt whether we deliver to your country, please email us BEFORE ordering. SOMETIMES CUSTOMS IN INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES WILL CHECK PARCELS, WHICH WILL DELAY DELIVERY TIMES. UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERIES OVER 21 DAYS.

Important Information:

Please note that we do not ship out orders on weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed on such days will be shipped the next working day.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, Easter, etc delivery will take longer so please take this into consideration BEFORE ordering.

In the event that your order does not arrive within 14 days (21 days for International orders) please contact us at: info@jewellerytrendz.com (However please note that delivery times may vary depending on the Royal Mail service and customs, which is out of our control).

You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order. For all orders outside the UK, we do not take any responsibility for delays due to customs or any subsequent charges imposed. If your package has not arrived, please check with your local postal service who may have it.

Returns Policy

Unsuitable Items We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn or unused items within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding original postage costs). You will also be responsible for paying the postage costs to return the unwanted item to us. Before returning to us, please email: info@jewellerytrendz.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. Also state the full name from which the order was made, the transaction number and the items you would like to return. This will help us to speed up the returns process. When posting returns please include in the parcel your Returns Authorisation Number, the name the order was made from, and your home address.

It is your responsibility to make sure returns are sent back to us in a satisfactory condition, therefore it is advised that returns are sent via trackable (recorded) means. Once we have received your package, we will issue you a full refund providing it is returned as sold, unused and in its original packaging. Items which appear marked/stained with make-up, smelling of perfume or looks as though it has been washed will not be accepted and we will not issue you a refund. Due to hygiene reasons we are not able to refund used items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to process and can only be made to the original account from which the order was made.

International Returns: For all international returns it is vital you make it clear that the goods contained are to be returned to the UK. Failure to do so will mean we will have to pay customs duty, which will be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether or not the item was faulty.

Exchange

We are happy to exchange any unworn items for the same item or another item, providing it is in stock. The postal costs for exchanges sent to you will have to be paid before dispatch, and we must also receive the original item before we dispatch your parcel.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on selling high quality products and check items before they are dispatched. If for some reason you received a faulty item, please contact us at info@jewellerytrendz.com within 3 days of receiving your goods quoting your transaction number, your name and address and details of the product and the fault. We will email you a Returns Authorisation Number, which must be included in your parcel. All faulty items returned to us will be refunded in full. If you wish to exchange a faulty item we will only offer a refund on postage costs if it was the only item you ordered. If you had ordered other items as well, we will unfortunately not be able to refund the original postage costs.
